Data Deletion and Integration Removal

Introduction

You may remove integrations you have connected in DijiMagic at any time and request deletion of your data.

1) Integration Removal (Disconnect)

1.1 Google Ads
When you disconnect Google Ads from the DijiMagic dashboard: Synchronization is stopped. Stored authorization data (token/refresh token) is revoked and/or invalidated. The related account mapping is queued for deletion.

1.2 Meta
When you disconnect Meta from the DijiMagic dashboard: Synchronization is stopped. Authorization data is revoked and/or invalidated. The related account mapping is queued for deletion.

2) Scope of Deleted Data

Integration tokens and authorization records; linked account mapping and connection metadata; report/cache summaries retained for product functionality.

3) Deletion Timeline

After disconnect, data is removed from our systems within 90 days at the latest. You may contact us to request earlier deletion.
