1) Parties and Definitions
These terms apply to users of the DijiMagic platform provided by DijiMagic
2) Scope of Service
DijiMagic is software that enables you to view performance data by connecting your ad accounts and (where applicable) to perform certain ad management actions.
3) User Authority
Users may connect only ad accounts they are authorized to use. Users may not provide unauthorized access to third-party accounts.
4) Policy and API Compliance
Operations carried out through DijiMagic are subject to the policies and terms of the relevant platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.). Users may not use the service in ways that violate platform policies (e.g. unauthorized data collection, misuse, or misleading content).
5) Limitation of Liability
Data displayed in DijiMagic is based on data provided by connected platforms (Google/Meta); discrepancies may occur due to delay, quotas, outages, or platform changes. DijiMagic is liable only to a limited extent for damage arising from third-party platform outages, API limits, or policy changes.
6) Account Security
The user is responsible for the security of their account and the protection of access credentials.
7) Termination
DijiMagic may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or violation.
8) Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page.
